When you complete our enquiry form we collect your name, telephone number, email address, address and postcode, and the details you provide about your job — the type of flooring, whether you already have it, when you would like to start, your budget, how you would like us to get in touch, how you found us, and anything you write in the message box.
- Information collected automatically. If you agree to analytics cookies, basic technical and usage data such as which pages you visit. See our Cookie Notice. If you decline, no analytics data is collected.
How we use your data, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quotation or arrange your job.
Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries. - To improve this website and our services, using aggregated analytics.
